Raise a Concern

If you’ve had a dispute with a specific casino or operator — a delayed withdrawal, a bonus term you think was applied unfairly, or something else — ippa.life isn’t the place that can resolve it. We’re an independent editorial site with no account access to any operator and no authority over their decisions. This page exists so that’s clear, and so you know where a complaint like that actually needs to go.

If the operator is licensed through Manitoba

Complaints about an operator running through Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL), including its PlayNow.com instance, go to MBLL directly through its own customer support and complaints channels described at mbll.ca. MBLL, as the regulator and operator, is the body with the actual standing to investigate and act on a complaint about its own platform.

If the operator is licensed elsewhere

Most online casinos accessible to Canadian players are licensed by another Canadian province’s regulator or by an offshore body such as Malta’s MGA or the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Each of these maintains its own complaints process — check the operator’s own site for which regulator holds its licence (see the Licensing & Compliance page for how we think about that), then take the complaint to that regulator directly, not to us.

If it’s about gambling harm rather than a specific dispute

That’s a different situation and a more urgent one — see the Responsible Gambling page for the Manitoba Gambling Helpline and the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. That’s not a complaints process; it’s direct support.

If it’s about something we published

That one we can act on directly — email [email protected] and see the Editorial Policy page for how corrections work.
